1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or contact us. This includes your name, email, phone number, and financial transaction data.
2. SMS Permissions
ruphiy can read SMS messages from your bank to automatically detect transactions. This is completely optional and can be disabled anytime. We never store the raw SMS text—only the extracted transaction data.
3. Data Security
Your data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption both in transit and at rest. We use row-level security on our database to ensure you can only access your own data. All database operations go through secure RPCs.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for database hosting and Razorpay for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time. You can export all your data in CSV format.
